Staff Development Programme on Office Adminstration

The College Management had decided to train Office and Other NGOs for smooth running of office and other activities such as welfare of its employees. IQAC of the College organised a session on Office Administration, Employees State Inurance (Health Insurance Scheme) and Employees Provident Fund Scheme for Non Teaching Employees.

 

The resource person is Mr D Srinivas Rao,  who has rich experience in the Office Administration and Schemes regarding the welfare of workers in the Directorate of  Technical Education. Mr D Srinivas Rao explained how the financial  and administrative procedures such as maintenance of TALLY, Daily cash book, Admission Register, Preparation for various meetings concerned to Administration and Education, Maintenance of  Stores, Filing of Records etc. He also explained the importance of ESI and EPF and contributions  from Self and Institution.

 

The Non-Teaching employees of the College well received the suggestions made by him and clarifications he had given. The employees also shared their experiences with him and are benefited by his talk.
