Prof. Ravindharan Ethiraj, Ph.D. - Professor of Electronics

Dr. R. Ethiraj, Professor of Electronics has 44 years of teaching experience. He completed his Post-Graduation in Physics in 1965 from Osmania University. Later, he took his Ph.D in the area of Piezo-optic Effect 1976 from Osmania University. He held the positions of Chairman, Board of Studies in Electronics and later in Hearing Language & Speech. He was associated with the development of Microwave Lab in PG Women's College, Osmania University & Opto-Electronics Lab at Andhra Vidyalaya College. He was also associated with the development of Cisco Based Internet Laboratory at P.G Centre, Nizam College. He has guided 8 students in their Ph.D Programmes - 3 in Piezo-Optic studies, 3 in Integrated Optics, 1 in Microwave Engineering & 1 in Remote Sensing using Polarimetric Methods. He has published 30 papers in both National and International Journals. He was Visiting Faculty at the Centre for Hearing Language & Speech, a Central Government Organization and Bosch & Lomb School of Optometry. During the last 5 years he was the Head, Department of ECE Bharat Institute of Engineering & Technology, where he developed all the B.Tech labs.

Dr. Rajendra Prasad, M.Sc., Ph.D. - Professor in Chemistry

Dr. P. Rajendra Prasad Reddy has taught chemistry for the past 30 years at Sadar Patel College, Secunderabad, at degree level. He also worked as a Head of the Department in the Department of Chemistry in HPS, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad for four years. He is a post graduate from Nizam College and obtained his Ph.D from Dept. of chemistry, Osmania University. He published his research work in national and international journals and attended national and international conferences.

Mr. S.Rajender, M.Sc., (Ph.D.) - Professor in Mathematics

Mr.Rajender is a Post-Graduate from Osmania University in Applied Mathematics. He has 25 years of teaching experience. He has published 4 papers in International Journals and 4 papers in National Journals and presented more than 10 papers in various conferences. He has submitted thesis for award of PhD from Sri Venkateshwara University, A.P.

Mrs. N.H Shobha Reddy M.E., (Ph. D) - Professor of Electronics and Communications Engineering

Mrs. Shobha is a committed academician with a rich teaching experience in Electronics & Communication and Information Technology disciplines. She graduated in Electronics & Communication from Mysore University, post-graduated in Power Electronics from Bangalore University, and presently pursuing Ph.D in the area of Digital Signal Processing from Osmania University. Shobha, with her methods and practices creates a pleasant learning environment in class. Her area of expertise includes Electronic devices and circuits, Pulse and digital circuits, Microprocessors, Signals and systems, DSP etc. She also has many research papers to her credit at reputed National and International conferences. She has attended various workshops and served as resource person in some of them too.

Mrs. Lavanya Pamulaparthy., M.Tech(SE),(Ph.d). - Associate Professor

Mrs P.Lavanya completed her M.Tech from J.N.T.U. with distinction.A Gold Medalist in her Masters has a rich experience of 9 years in teaching for B.Tech & M.Tech.She has guided B.Tech projects and has publications to her credit.She is a strong motivator and implements innovative methods in enhancing the learning process of the students.She is also a consultant for Bio-med.

Mr. C. Venkateswara Reddy M.Tech - Associate Professor

Mr.C.Venkateswar Reddy is a post graduate with Industrial Engineering and management form JNTU and presently perusing Ph.D. He has rich experience of 17 years in teaching and industry.

Mrs. Anuradha Reddy M.Sc., (Ph.D) - Assistant Professor in Physics

Mrs. Anuradha Reddy pursued her post graduation in physics from Osmania University with her specialization Solid State Physics. She has 14 years of rich teaching experience in Degree and Engineering College. She has taught various subjects like Engineering Physics, Solid State Physics & Optical Communications. She has attended various seminars at national and international levels. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. on Synthesis of Polymers Embedded with Nano Particles for Photo Voltaic Applications from Osmania University.

Mrs. Aruna Reddy M.Sc. - Assistant Professor in Chemistry

K. Aruna Reddy pursued her post graduation in chemistry with her specialization inorganic chemistry. She has worked for a couple of years in University College of engineering (Osmania University). She has also had enough experience in taking foundation classes in IIT teaching and worked as a senior lecturer for many years guiding and motivating students for the enhancement of their career in technical skills. By attending various workshops and seminars she has been able to imbibe new techno-functional methods.she has teaching experience of 11 years.

Ms. Naushima Humera Ghouri M.Sc.,B.Ed, (Ph.D.) - Assistant Professor in Mathematics

She is a Post-Graduate in Mathematics from Osmania University. She is pursuing PhD from Osmania University. She has publications in journals of repute. She has presented a research paper.She has 9 years of teaching experience.

Mr.R.Srihari Babu, M Tech. - Associate Professor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Mr.R.Sri Hari Babu is a M.Tech. in Instrumentation and Control Systems. He has teaching experience of 7 years.

Mr.R.Venkatarami Reddy B.E. - Assistant Professor

Mr.R.Venkat Rami Reddy is an Industry veteran having retired as DGM from HMT Bearing Ltd. He teaches Engineering Drawing.
